Gimp - Freeware art package (Windows Version)

A pretty useful for the odd 2d piece of art - especially if you cannot afford packages like Photoshop and Paintshop pro.

dbPowerAmp Music Converter
As PlayBasic seems to support loads of different audio formats such as WAV, WMA, MP3, OGG etc, you may find this freeware audio format conversion utility handy.   It even integrates into the file icon right click context menu.
