Now that's a great idea! Hopefully those devices can stand these 30 meter freak waves.
Sounds like a cheap and reliable way to generate some electricity.
And then solar cells into the Sahara and lots of wind mill generators around the place where I live (northern part of germany between northern sea and baltic sea - always windy  ;D). Let's reduce the amount of oil  ;)
