Help Recovering Retail Installation Link?

Greetings!

I am a registered user, but after a HD crash I need to reinstall PB retail version.

I purchased on Jun 5, 2008 and of course my link/login info to download is expired.

I have my original serial number on file but unfortunately I don't have a surviving backup of the installer!

How/Where I can download it again? Thanks!

Update:  Sign up to PlayBASIC.com / Activate your account and then claim your license from your account page and you'll be able to download the base retail installer.

I tried to fill out that Support Question form but it says "Message from webpage: Incorrect Email Address"

I tried it in MSIE 8 and Chrome 8...

Does it bug out because my email address has a format like: firstname.lastname@myemail.com?

 I'd say yes, that format of address would fail..  correcting that atm
