Title: Extending the deadline until end of october?
Post by: thaaks on June 27, 2008, 06:49:50 AM
As Kevin mentioned in his work blog he's thinking about it.
I would be very happy - would relieve me as holidays are ahead and I am without PC, Internet and everything during the 3 week vacation  ::)

Cheers,
Tommy

It was very late in the day when i posted that (Here (http://www.underwaredesign.com/forums/index.php?topic=338.msg17175#msg17175).  I meant later in September (changed the post now).  The 28th of September is the best day I can see.  As that's when my next holidays are on.   Not that I actually take a holiday.   Two weeks later 4th term begins, which is crunch time for teaching.  So I won't have as much time (in theory) to do the competition wrap up, among other things.

Although, the 28th is a Saturday,  so it might just be better to make it the 1st of October, which would give contestants one final weekend.   We need the time, as In previous years it's taken the best a week to 10 days to end come close to wrapping up the judging.  So I want to allow10 days at least to get this task completed.
