   Ever wonder how incompetent your local (Ballarat in my case) council is ? - Get this,  today we received a notice from the them about a pending subdivision, with a 21 day appeal process dated  31,Oct,2011.   Yes, somehow it took 8 days for the letter to reach us...   So we really only really have 13 days appeal,  now it's not like we're in a different country,  different state or even a different city..  they're less than 10 Kilometers away... . Incompetence personified !
