SFXR, a great free tool to create your retro sound effects like shots, explosions, zoops, zongs, pings and whooshes  ;D

Quotea huge collaborative database of audio snippets, samples, recordings, bleeps, ... released under the Creative Commons Sampling Plus License

Basically you can use the sounds for whatever purpose including commercial as long as you credit the source - check the site for full details.

I do your Music and SFX Request... everything that is possible with my Gear... Techno, Soundtrack, Ambient, Theme base Music (eg: Snow Theme, Fire Theme, Horror Theme etc..), Dark Ambient, Lofi and Chiptunes and of course FM (like used in those little nice DOS Games...) etc...
Also SFX Ambiance... Birds, Waterfalls, Industry, City and many more !!
SFX: Gunshots, Lasers, Buttons, Bleeps, Pic Up and Bonus Sound... everything you want..

All with good quality.. for a low price ;)

SoundSnap has recently changed from being free to requiring a monthly subscription for a Pro user. There is still a basic free user but you can only download 5 items per month.
