Some clean and professional bitmap fonts:

Pixel Font Hero: Sven Stüber (http://fontleech.com/03/02/2005/pixel-font-hero-sven-stuber/)
Semplice Pixelfonts (http://fontleech.com/06/07/2005/semplice-pixelfonts/)
Pixel fonts part 1 (http://fontleech.com/02/24/2005/pixel-font-blowout-part-1/)
Pixel fonts part 2 (http://fontleech.com/03/07/2005/pixel-font-blowout-part-2/)

Obviously you should read the terms of usage carefully in case you want to use any of these, since in most cases "free" != "you can use it as you like": majority of authors prohibit redistributing of the font itself (but using them in projects is allowed - meaning using bitmap images created with their fonts is fine); embedding is often prohibited unless it's pdf etc etc,... some authors allow it.
